The Children’s Dentistry Clinic provides oral health education, preventive services and comprehensive care for infants, children and adolescents through age 16 as well as children with special healthcare needs. Comprehensive care can also be provided in our Sedation Center by a pediatric dentist and a dental anesthesiologist.

How to Make Appointments

For our North Broad and Allegheny location, please call 215-707-2863 and for our William D. Kelley Public School location, please call 215-707-0231 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to schedule an appointment. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. For Sedation Center assistance, please call 215-707-9400.

  • Photo ID
  • Proof of legal guardianship or notarized Medical Consent Authorization (MCA) form (if applicable)
  • Referral (if applicable)
Who to Bring

PLEASE NOTE: A parent or legal guardian must accompany your child to their first visit with us. If you would like a caretaker (who is not a parent or legal guardian) to accompany your child to future visits, please consult with a staff member at your first appointment.

Please be advised that only one caregiver will be allowed to accompany your child(ren) and masks must be properly worn by all caregivers and patients over the age of 2 while inside the clinics.

After-hours Info

If your child experiences any unusual symptoms following their procedure, please call us. During normal clinic hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.), please call the School of Dentistry’s Pediatric Dentistry Clinic at 215-707-2863.

After clinic hours, please call 215-707-2863 and follow the instructions in the message.

If your child is experiencing a true emergency, please go to the St. Christopher's Hospital for Children Emergency Department.
